Greetings, people of Newgrounds!

You might be wondering, how things are going with Meowvil, and why there have been no updates to the comic for a long time. I am ready to answer this for you.

First of all, the problem is rethinking the setting. There is a lot to do and think about before continuing with a comic. And by rethinking, I mean making fundamental changes together with @JoystickTheDemon to the setting that will affect absolutely everything, from the idea to the characters themselves... Some characters will remain core, but the plot will focus on fewer of them. Among them will be Behemoth, Belphegor, Beelzebub and Joy.

Secondly, it is not yet known what exactly the drawing of the comic will be like. Will it be color or b/w drawing, will the style remain the same or will it change somehow, will there be colored elements... All this remains in question for now.

And thirdly, my emotional state does not allow me to consistently work on my creativity, so unfortunately I can’t even clip manga as productively as the comic/manga artists do.

The comic is alive, but it clearly requires improvements and clear thinking before moving on. The canonicity of these comics on Newgrounds also remains in question, but as a legacy of the setting, they will remain on the site, you don’t have to worry about that.
